Our EXTENDED Weekend!

My weekend started on Thursday at 5.30pm... and YAY, we took a day off on Friday and did a raccee trip for our pre-wedding photoshoot venues.  Got lost in Mandai for almost an hour while looking for the 'tree' and realized that there is another 'tree' in another different location.  Totally screwed up.  Learnt something from this trip... more planning and research to be done in advance before replying any answer "Don't know... they didn't say... no have... no show" and such.  Information from "www." can unreliable at times too.  I still prefer searching for location maps via flipping the real thing - so let your fingers do the walking!

I am so glad that we managed to hunt down all the "shortlisted" locations for our pre-wedding photoshoot!

Our raccee on Day2 continues to Riders Cafe > Haji Lane where love bought me new shades from RayBan!> Wessex Estate exploring the KTM railway track and Colbar Cafe > night walk at Sentosa Broadwalk > and ease my bak chor mee craving at Bedok 85 Market!  ++WOOOHOOO++

Lazy weekend and a movie date with Donnie Yen <<武俠>>.  Frankly speaking I didn't even think that the title of the movie matches the synopsis we read from the reviewers.  Ah Thiang said whoever the reviewer posted on the forum or online should be shot.  ++HAHA++

Found a new eatery place which was newly opened at Junction8... this restaurant took over the Japanese Sweets Buffet which was there barely a year before it was closed down... their omurice set-lunch priced pretty reasonable... from S$4.90!  Will go back for lunch there...

As you have noticed, I am starting to upload all my photos into collage-style... thanks to the 'notice' from blogspot that I have exceeded the limits of photos posted onto my account/picasa album/blog whatever you named it.... now trying to see how I can save my 'capacity' within this account or I will have to explore other blog sites... not worth to pay annual fee just to upgrade my account to store all photos right?  I am not as pro those pro-bloggers who earns BIG bucks from their advertiser on their blogs (we don't even think they paid to upgrade their accounts but they do have tons of photos on their blog!)...  Some of my previous postings will have 'error checked box' due to deleted some of the photos in the wrong sequence from the 'duplications' in the album... now so feeling incomplete!  :(  ++TSK TSK!++

Guessed what?  I have just created a new account with LJ: http://friendlyland.livejournal.com/!  ++HEHE++  Just "chop" the userID before anyone takes it away.... and I will think what to do with it later.  BTW, LJ photo storage space has only 2GB which is nothing compared to blogspot (linked to Gmail) that has 7GB!  BooohooooO~  ++back to square one... ARGH!++

Goodbye KL... Hello Singapore!

Decided to have my lunch at the departure hall instead of having it in the usual terminal hall... there is a chinese restaurant that serves halal dim sum... give it a try to see how tasty halal dim sum is, minus the pork.  OK... no char siew bun (minus point)... no steam black bean pork ribs (minus minus points)... overall still not so bad lah... next time will go back for the chicken shredded century egg porridge.  Can't wait to get home to have my comfort food - Mommie cooking my fave salt-veg duck soup and my soya-sauced minced meat with potato!  ++YUM YUM++

Few hiccups along the way during the two days setting up of the booth... but managed to negotiate the 'modification' of the SG Pavilion structure within the booth - the organizer and contractor are such nice and helpful people... and of course, I get my way with our booth designs with igus "standard" lightings!!  ++PHEW++  My job is completed and I am going home tomorrow!  ++YAY!++

Yes... BUSY BUSY BUSY weekend and now I am in KL doing set-ups and getting ready for another exhibition!  Long day... need to catch lotsa sleep and REST after this post... my 大腿, 小腿... 腰, arms and everywhere are all super 酸... SUPER!  ++donchaknowicanstillwalktmranot!++  :(
