Nat: Yes.  Papa... (blah blah blah)
Mama: Nat, Mama asking you if you can finish the bite-size bread for breakfast?
Nat: I said yes already, why you still say (should meant ask) yes?

Received a Diaso Barbie doll (which I received as prize when I went out to answer a question from a roadside entertainer) and get to open it one week later...
Nat: I want to give her a name. My doll name is Keresa. (... don't ask me how to spell this name, he just pronounced it as Keresa... could be Casera, Teresa...)

 

Milestones from Week 190-216;

 

1. Right molar sprouting out, feeling "hang hang" and having running nose - 26/8/2017...
2. Week194; wants to order his own drinks when we dine out - 23/9/2017...
3. Week193/194; acceptance of cheese from cheeseburger and cheesedale - 24/9/2017...
4. Week195; running fever over the weekend...
5. Week196; lao sai on Sunday...
6. Complained stomachache and poo around 8+pm and at 10+pm vomited dinner's karage+rice on bed - 17/10/2017...
7. Week202; starting to eat Yakotori (chicken meatball, beef ball), cut down milk to only 1 bottle during bedtime...
8. Fever since 12/11/2017 evening... went visit PD for sore throat and on+off fever - 14/11/2017...
9. Week202; starts to talk about Jesus in schools and listens to Christian songs...
10. Made me drive home, else he starts to fuss and cry until I'm seated in the driver seat - 22/11/2017...
11. Week204; make funny faces when I scold him...
12. Had fever on 10/12/2017, 2.30am and no school on 11/12/2017...
13. Week207/208; training to sleep by himself...  (mission failed after few nights)...
14. Had fever 39 degrees on 11/2/2018 night, no school on 12&13/2/2018. Nose bleed - 13/2/2018...

(Wow, he actually remembered the last time I came back home from the session and he fuss and cry wanting to have his nails painted and got spanked by Papa.)

1. Cough until vomit mucleus and milk - 12/06/2017...
2. Vomit twice in the evening, stayed over at 奶奶 house - 16/06/2017...
3. During lunch at Aston; say stomach ache requested to go see doc then vomit and splattered other guest at the restaurant - 17/06/2017...
4. During July Parents meeting session; 1) Teacher G mentioned that he flipped down the toilet seat to sit down/dressed up during bath time. Teacher G told him seat cover is dirty and he told her Mama also sit down on toilet seat cover and apply body lotion. 2)  He brought home-cultured stuffs to school - during class/meal time, he shouted "Win Toto... huart ahh" and James followed. That was what we did during CNY lou hei... - 01/07/2017...
5. 奶奶 complained that Nat dug his ear and puts his "gold" into his mouth - 06/07/2017...
6. Sometimes does not nap in school, especially on Weds or Thurs; he looking forward to meet his Speech & Drama class's teacher - 13/07/2017...
7. Able to hold pencil properly to draw lines - 13/07/2017...
8. Able to step brake on his scooter - 15/07/2017...
9. Start to blinking and strained his eyes - 15&16/07/2017...

#2017birthday celebrations with my loved ones!

1. celebrated Uncle Seng's 60th birthday and at the same time, I shamelessly sang the birthday song for myself...
2. had the ding gua gua steamboat hotpot with the yeos'...
3. ah Thiang took time off from his busy schedule to have lunch with me...
4. off to a girly high tea with my bff...
5. MIL gave me a birthday dinner treat...
6. had cake celebration with the family... son insisted to blow off all my birthday candles on behalf for me...
7. lobster feast treats with my dearly parents...

Week 179!

 

WOW... it seemed long time since I've last updated this space...!  This boy is growing up way too fast.  I really missed him in his "infant-form"... now he's learning to throw tantrum by taking off his underpants and kicking it in high in the air.  I served him his 1st stroke of cane (actually 2 strokes when he refuses to stop crying and fussing when I trying to get him to brush teeth and wash up) for acting that way yesterday.  #guiltymom


I always feel my son has very good memory - or is either that, I nagged at him too much that it actually embossed into his brain even though he act like he wasn't paying attention or repeat his mistake again and again... a lot of times he actually recites what I don't like him to do, what he did was wrong (during bedtime when he is with his Papa).... and he knew it why he was beaten etc, but he just being very ego at that present moment when I lectured him. #sigh #stubbornasbull #parenting

Nat: Unca Donald has 4 dogs... (and he goes on and recite the names of his dogs) Bailey, Princeton, Hershey... and the smelly dog!

Papa: What is your new friend's name?
Nat: Lucas. His name is Lucas...  (starts to spell his name...) THI.  Lucas, his name.
(He dictates that Lucas is spelt as THI)

Papa was scolding Nat for making so much noise during bedtime and bits of scolding here and there during the day...
Nat: Papa a little bit angry with me.  Nat Nat a little bit sad.

Nat: So is not yet.

Nat: Mama, can you pat pat me to sleep?

Nat: Can you sit  down and pat pat me?
Mama: But I cannot reach you if I sit down to pat pat you.  Can I stand?
Nat: But if you stand and pat pat me, your legs will be tired.
Mama: Ok.  I'll sit down.  -_-"

Milestones from Week 170-179;

1. Body felt very warm after a day at USS and developed fever 38degree when he stayed over at 婆婆 house.  Fed 10ml panadol on 15/4 and iBuferon on 16/4 and fever still persisted on 17/4.  Seen GP and started on course of  antibiotics on 18/4.  No school from 17-21/4/2017...
2. Week 172 - when I answered his quires, he will reply with "oohh" or "orgh" as an acknowledgement...
3. Papa bought his first Baby G watch from Bras Basah - 30/04/2017...
4. Week 177 - being very observant seated in his car seat and looking at how Papa drives and single steps Papa does in the car, holding his own sterling wheel.  Getting dressed into his uniform before going into the school...
5. Week 178 - starts to train wearing underpants without diaper on the way to school...
6. Want me to carry him... but asked me to put him down before entering the school door - 05/06/2017...

This was the necklace he was talking about. He was actually holding so dearly onto it the whole time without realising it. Very nice! #week175 #mothersday2017
