Coughs are getting lesser, still on his so-called long term medication until we finishes the current course and see if needed to go back PD or not. He's sleeping better at night now (don't jinx it again...) and drinking more milk. Can see him building back his puffy cheeks and gaining some weight lost over past week's fever+cough+flu ordeal. But challenges are, he refuses to let me change his diapers at night before his bedtime else need to go find which power diaper can soak all his 300ml+ of pee to last him whole night without wetting the bed (and me having to do laundry in the middle of the dusk)...
- he's now chatting away more of "happy bustday to you", answers "ya/yap" instead of "yes", when he tries to take the coins from the taxi, he will say "uncle smack you, uncle 骂骂" and still tries to reach the coins, "fire, burn your hand", "hot hot", "car spoilt", "take some more", "stomach pain", "mama, be careful", "what happen?", "telly bear", recite his name in Chinese and English, "keep pencil first", "熊猫", animas = animals, "people waiting", "so fast", "smoke come out", "wait for me", "oily/spicy", "cannot eat", "bus fainted", "enough", "thunder chi-gong ci-gong, tree fall down"...
- he still cries after we go back to school from CNY holidays - 15/2/2016...
- he grinds teeth during sleep - 17/2/2016... ++update: but stops after awhile+++
- he starts to fall sick again, having running nose and want to stayover at 奶奶 house - 18/2/2016...
- he runs a slight fever 38.8degree - 19/2/2016...
- he started on his first antibiotics - 22/2/2016... ++updated: rejected after 2 doses and started a new course after few days++
- Week 112: absence from school, stay home for medication...
- Week 113: brand new week to school, conversation with Elmo while we preparing to leave for school - Papa: "Nat, bring Elmo back to the room." Nat: "papa mama go 做工, Nat Nat go school, Elmo stay in the room okay?" - 29/2/2016...
- I was going to feel proud and say he did not cry or whine when he reaches school after 1 week of break but I jinxed it and he cried pitifully the following day - 29/2/2016...
- Week 113: I think his bff in class is "Willam" aka William and Tung Tung... he doesn't like James and sounds rejecting when we mentioned "James?" He will answers "no"...
- he can recognized or remembered his school friends/teachers and wanted to draw them (pretend only becos he only scribble few lines and pretend it's Teacher S, Teacher G, Tung Tung, Queenie, Winston, Auntie and refuses to draw James when I asked to - 1/3/2016...
- he somehow gets a blue black bump/bruises on his right forehead. Apparently 爷爷 didn't noticed when fetching him from school becos his fringe is too long and covered it all and only untill 奶奶 bathed him and discovered it. He couldn't tell us how he got the bump and teachers also didn't know how did it happened. I called it the "Mysterious bump" - 1/3/2016...
- Week 114: Papa singing national anthem - "Majulah..." the son will intercept mono-tonely without waiting for the next beat, "Sing-pu-la!" - 7/3/2016... ++updated: he can now sings "Sing-ga-pu-lah" - 5/4/2016...
- he called out the old Tanjong Pagar train station as "castle" as the car passes by - 8/3/2016...
- he associates presents are to be wrapped in wrappers and if we say we give him presents and the item is not wrapped he will start to whine and reject the item and profusely look into the bag for his present - 10/3/2016...
- he says "must cover mouth" when he's coughing - 14/3/2016...
- On the taxi back to school after PD visit, he says "Oring, huat chai" when he see fake oranges at the back of the taxi - 16/3/2016...
- Skipped school for the next two days after having fever+running nose+persistent cough - 17 & 18/3/2016...
- he fills in the blanks (完成句子) when we sing 1st part of the nursery songs - 26/3/2016...
- he says "NO TOUCH" when other kids touches his pram (sweeps away their hands from his belongings) or he is unwilling to share watching iPad - 26/3/2016...
- Week 117: he knows 爷爷 and Papa's by name...
- Week 117: he can sings "Happy Birthday" song...
- Week 117: he drinks about 300ml of milk (in combination of 180ml+100ml or 210ml+100ml or 210ml+100ml+100ml) from his night feeds...
- Teacher G informed that he bumped his right forehead while keeping his mattress after nap. It was red, he did not cry but informed Teacher that he's in pain - 28/3/2016...
- he can recite his full name in English and Chinese - 29/3/2016...
- he can sing quite a number of nursery songs by himself - 4/4/2016...
